Admission Rules

  • College can refuse, vary, reverse or terminate any enrolment on the basis of untrue, misleading or incomplete information.
  • Reviewing and interpreting policies for better academic discipline by the College authority is not challengeable. No prior notice is obligatory.
  • To accommodate modern trends College authorities have complete right to change the course requirement, fee, course nomenclature, course content , class schedules, venue, faculty, etc. any time.
  • In case of any change in my mailing address, student shall immediately inform the College Office.
  • 80% attendance and 60% marks are a must in the previous year/ for continuing fee concession/ scholarship in the next year. For this purpose, a fresh application shall be submitted.
  • Any student aggrieved by any event in the College shall lodge a complaint with the Principal/ Registrar and not with outside authority unless the Principal/ Registrar permits him/ her to do so.
  • The college has the right to withdraw scholarships/ discount and any other fee concession provided to the students subject to his non-compliance with prescribed stipulation.
  • In case of failure in send-up examination/ poor attendance/ dues default, student shall be treated as ineligible to apply/ appear for Board/ University/ College Examination.
  • Students shall attend classes regularly as required by the institution as well as by the Board regulations.
  • The registration/ admission fees of Board and University shall be paid by the students.
  • All fees are non-refundable and non-transferable Student shall apply for admission with the consent of my parents/ guardians.
  • If admitted, student shall abide by the rules and regulations of the College.

Discipline General Behavior

  • Student will not be allowed to enter in college after college start time and not be allowed to leave college before the end of classes
  • Without uniform no students will be allowed to enter in college
  • Students will not be allowed to leave class room without break time for any reason
  • Student will not be allowed to use cell phone within college premises
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in college premises
  • Student should not be allowed to stay in campus after their classes without any reason

Fines

  • Rs.50/- absent fine will be imposed per lecture
  • Rs.200/- fine will be imposed per day
  • Mobile phone will be confiscated in use during college premises

Arrival & Departure
  • Late arrival in campus (even by one minute)

  • Wandering and sitting idle in campus after their classes
  • After the start of the college time, the gate will be closed and student will not be allowed to enter in the campus. Five minutes relaxation will be given in 1st week of classes.
  • Students to be sent out of the campus by in charge Disciplinary Affairs

Discipline within Classroom/Labs
  • Late arrival in classroom

  • Stationery items and books not available

  • Quarrelling and disturbing of students in class
  • Proxy calling

  • Use of Mobile Phone

  • Theft of valuables of other students

  • Eating in class

  • Damaging class room property
  • Class attendance of the students will not be marked
  • After two times warning, enter in Personal File and mark absent for the lecture
  • Refer to Disciplinary Committee for meeting with parents
  • Mark absent for the whole day of the student who calls proxy
  • This is strictly prohibited in the campus. In case of violation, the mobile phone will be confiscated
  • College is not responsible for any type of loss as it has already been inform to the students
  • Mark absent for the whole day for that student
  • Any student found damaging the college property will have to pay 5 times the cost of damage
Discipline outside the class room
  • Without uniform

  • Use of mobile phone

  • Quarrelling with other students

  • Wearing of jewellery and makeup by female students

  • Bunking the class

  • Leaving the classroom for drinking water or going to the washroom
  • Smoking within college premises

  • Sitting idle in campus without having any classes
  • Students are not allowed to enter in campus without uniform (Grey Pants, White Shirt, College Tie, Black shoes, Black Belt). They will simply be sent back home
  • This is strictly prohibited in the campus. In case of violation, the mobile phone will be confiscated
  • Refer to Disciplinary Committee for meeting with parents
  • Mark absent for the whole day of the student. Make-up will have to be removed. Parents to be called by Disciplinary Committee
  • The student will be marked absent for whole day and parents will be called

  • Students to be sent out of the campus
Leave/ Absenteeism
  • Casual leave (up to two days, for any reason)

  • Medical leave

  • Short leave
  • One or two day leave must be approved by the Class In charge. A maximum of three leaves can be granted by the Class In charge in a month

  • Will only be accepted with Medical Certificate
  • Medical certificate + parent’s permission; either physical or telephonic (from the number which is in our records) or written application (after verifying signatures from our records)
  • Will only be granted with parents’ permission; either physical or telephonic (from the number which is in our records) or written application (after verifying signatures from our records)
  • For girls; not without parent’s permission either physical or telephonic (from the number which is in our records)
  • For boys; situation-based (To be granted by the Principal) or with parent’s permission either physical or telephonic (from the number which is in our records)

  • Leave during examinations

  • Failure in test/ examination

  • UMC
  • Correction of result

  • Correction of fine
  • Only allowed if;
    • Parents personally come and give application
    • Parents call from the number which is in our records
    • Parent send written application and their signatures can be verified with our records
  • Rs. 200/- fine will be charged
  • Rs. 300/- fine will be charged
  • Rs. 1,000/- fine will be charged
  • Students are directed to point out any correction within two days after the display of their result
